Novara Suits Policy

No Refund & No Exchange Policy
At Novara Suits, we are committed to delivering premium-quality suits, pants, and shirts,
ensuring every piece meets our high standards of craftsmanship. Due to the nature of our
business, all sales are final, and we do not oƯer refunds or exchanges.
1. All Sales Are Final  Once a purchase is made, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged for any
reason, including change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference.  We strongly encourage customers to carefully review their orders before completing
the purchase.
2. Sizing & Fit Responsibility
 Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. We provide detailed size
charts and guidelines to assist in making the right choice.  If unsure about the fit, we recommend consulting our customer service before
placing an order.
3. Custom Orders & Alterations
 Custom-made suits and tailored items are crafted to individual specifications and
cannot be refunded, exchanged, or modified after confirmation.  Any alterations needed after purchase will be the responsibility of the customer.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
 While we ensure thorough quality control, if a product is received with a
manufacturing defect or damage during transit, customers must notify us within
Five days of delivery.  Issues reported after this period will not be eligible for review.  If a defect is verified, we may oƯer a repair or replacement at our discretion(excluding issues caused by misuse or improper care).
5. One-Year Warranty Card
 Each Suit has a one-year warranty card for a single use.
 The warranty can be redeemed for one complimentary dry cleaning OR narrowing
or widening adjustments to ensure the perfect fit.  To use the warranty, customers must present the original warranty card and proof of
purchase.  The warranty is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other
services.
6. Order Verification
 Before dispatch, every order undergoes strict quality checks to ensure it meets our
standards.  Customers will receive an order confirmation email with details for final verification.
Please check this carefully, as changes cannot be made once the order is
processed.
7. Fabric & Color Disclaimer  Due to screen variations, colors may appear slightly diƯerent in person. We do not
accept returns based on color discrepancies.  Fabric textures may also vary slightly due to natural materials used.
